Refund Policy
Seoul Translate Refund Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Refund Principle
Translation workflows allocate professional and QA resources as soon as work begins, so refund eligibility depends on production stage.
2. Cancellation Before Start
Requests cancelled before translation starts may be eligible for a full refund.
3. Cancellation In Progress
If cancellation is requested after drafting or QA has started, completed work value may be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Post-Delivery Issues
Quality concerns (such as clear translation mistakes or typos) are handled first through correction. Refund review applies only when a material issue cannot be reasonably corrected.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not apply where rejection is caused by authority policy changes, additional authority requirements, client-side submission errors, or source-document defects.
