Your level is a score out of 100 across 6 dimensions: Profile completeness, Verification, Bookings, Reviews, Response rate, and Expertise depth. Each dimension contributes to the total.
Does my tier affect my ranking in search results?
Yes. Higher-tier experts appear earlier in search results on the platform. Platinum experts also receive a highlighted badge in search listings.
Can my tier go down?
Yes. If your response rate drops or your profile becomes less complete, your score may decrease. The dashboard shows which dimensions need attention.
