退款政策
Seoul Translate 退款政策
Last updated: October 1, 2026 · This policy is provided in English.
1. Who handles refunds
Seoul Translate is a directory that connects you with independent certified translators. We do not take, hold or process payment for translation work, so a refund for a translation is handled between you and the translator you hired.
2. Agree the terms before work starts
Each translator sets their own terms, including deposits, deadlines, revisions and refunds. Ask for them in writing before you pay. Whether a refund is available, and how much, depends on what you and the translator agreed.
3. Mistakes in a translation
If a delivered translation has a clear mistake, such as a typo or a wrong name or date, contact the translator first and ask for a correction. Most problems are resolved this way.
4. If a document is not accepted
A government office, embassy or other authority may decline a document for its own reasons, for example because its requirements changed. How that is handled is between you and the translator, so ask them about it before you pay.
5. If you cannot resolve it
If you cannot reach an agreement with the translator, contact us. We may help start a conversation, but we are not a party to your agreement with the translator, cannot require a refund, and are not responsible for the outcome of services provided by translators.
