概覽
In Korea, tax advice and filing on your behalf are the work of a registered 세무사 (licensed tax accountant) or a 공인회계사 (CPA) registered for tax work. A filing office records what already happened; a good advisor helps you decide before it happens: when to sell a home, how to structure a gift or an inheritance, how to report several income sources and, for foreign residents, which income from abroad is taxed in Korea.
何時需要專家
- You are selling, gifting or inheriting a home or land (양도소득세, 증여세, 상속세)
- You have several income sources, such as employment, freelance, rental or overseas income
- You are a foreign resident and unsure whether income earned abroad is taxed in Korea
- You received an inquiry or audit notice from the National Tax Service (국세청)
- You are starting or restructuring a business and want to plan the tax before you decide
可以期待什麼
A first consultation reviews your situation and documents, explains which taxes apply and what your options are before the deadline, and ends with a price for the whole job. Many offices credit the consultation fee against later filing work. If you go ahead, the advisor prepares and files the return and, if agreed, answers the National Tax Service's questions about it later.
