Terms and Conditions
Last updated: April 15, 2026
Seoul Translate provides official-use translation services, including translation output, certification wording support, and submission-readiness guidance. Final acceptance decisions are made by the receiving authority.
Clients are responsible for source-document accuracy and completeness. Missing or unreadable source content may affect deliverables.
Quotes and timelines are confirmed based on document volume, complexity, and destination requirements. Rush workflows may apply separate pricing and timing conditions.
Quality-related corrections (such as typo or formatting issues) are handled under our revision policy. Scope expansion or source updates may require additional work.
Clients should perform final checks before submission, including names, dates, and required attachments. Authority-specific requests remain governed by that authority.
To the extent permitted by law, Seoul Translate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
